Decadent chocolate puddings
The puddings are delicious, sooo easy and quick to make as well. Presenting in individual portions always works great – it presents well and guests enjoy!  

Serves 4

200 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
60 g butter or margarine
125 ml (100 g) light brown sugar
60 ml fresh cream
15 ml Van Der Hum liqueur
2 extra-large eggs
60 ml (35 g) cake wheat flour

1. Place chocolate, butter, sugar and cream in a small, heavy-based saucepan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and add liqueur.
2. Combine eggs and flour in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
3. Gradually whisk in chocolate mixture into egg mixture. Pour mixture into greased individual ramekins. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C for about 45 minutes or until puffed and firm to touch. Serve with whipped cream or ice-cream and dust with cocoa powder.

Place puddings in a roasting pan, fill pan halfway with boiling water and bake.
